Terms of service

These terms cover your use of this store and the files you buy from it. Buying something here means you accept them.

What you are buying

Digital design files - layered Photoshop documents (PSD and PSB) for apparel mockups and effect templates. You need a copy of Adobe Photoshop to open and edit them. Nothing physical is shipped.

What you can do with the files

Use them however you like. Personal work, client work, commercial work, products you sell - no limit on the number of projects, no credit required, and no need to ask us.

The files are yours to work with. Copyright in the original source files stays with Apollo Intel, which matters only in one case: you cannot resell or redistribute the files themselves as mockups, templates or effect files. Anything you make with them is yours.

Delivery

Your download link appears on the confirmation page straight after payment and is emailed to you as well. Links can expire, so download your files promptly and keep your own backup. Lost a file or missed the link? Email us and we will re-send it.

Some bundles are large - over 2GB. A stable connection and a desktop computer are strongly recommended.

Prices

All prices are in US dollars. We can change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

What we do not promise

We make these files carefully and we stand behind them, but we cannot promise the store will never go down, or that a file will suit every possible use. If a file is faulty we will fix it or refund it. Beyond that, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the item in question.
