Everything sold here is a digital file. Nothing is shipped. Your download link appears the moment payment clears, and is emailed to you as well.

Refunds

A download cannot be returned, so once a file has been downloaded the sale is final.

If you have not downloaded the file, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will cancel the download and refund you in full.

EU and UK customers

You normally have 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase. Digital downloads are an exception: by starting your download you agree that delivery has begun and you give up that right of withdrawal. If you have not started the download, your 14-day right applies in full.

If something is wrong with the file

A corrupted file, a link that will not open, a file that is not what the listing described - that is on us, and we will fix it or refund you in full, downloaded or not. There is no time limit on a file that does not work. Email us with your order number and what went wrong.

Before you raise a chargeback

Please email us first. Almost every problem is a broken link or a file that needs re-sending, and we can usually sort it the same day.
